Mobile Waxing Service | Manchester & Surrounding Areas
1. Services & Location
• Pure Comfort Waxing is a mobile-only service — treatments are carried out at the client’s home or agreed private location within your service area.
• Client must provide a clean, private, warm, and safe space for treatment, plus clear access for arrival/parking.
• Travel is included within standard areas; extra travel fees may apply for locations outside Manchester — confirmed before booking.
• Minimum spend may apply per visit to cover travel costs.
2. Bookings & Payments
• All appointments are confirmed by email. Booking is confirmed only once accepted.
• Membership packages are recurring monthly agreements; unused treatments do not roll over to the next month.
• Prices are as displayed on the website/booking system and correct at time of booking.
• Intro Offer: 20% OFF only the first month of new memberships; standard pricing applies afterwards.
3. Cancellations, Changes & No-Shows
• 48 hours’ minimum notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment.
• Cancellations or changes made less than 48 hours before will incur a 50% charge of the service value.
• No-Show: If you do not attend and give no notice at all, the full service price is payable before any future bookings can be made. This covers reserved time, travel, and lost business.
• Arriving 10+ minutes late may result in a shortened treatment or rescheduling to keep appointments running on time.
4. Health & Safety
• Client agrees to provide full, accurate health & skin information on the consultation form before treatment.
• If you have allergies, skin conditions, medication use, or pregnancy/hormonal changes — you must inform me before treatment.
• I reserve the right to refuse or reschedule treatment if it is unsafe or unsuitable for you.
• Waxing may cause temporary redness, slight sensitivity, or ingrown hairs — this is normal and not a reaction or fault.
5. Aftercare & Responsibility
• Aftercare advice will be provided. Client follows this at their own responsibility.
• Results & hair growth vary by individual.
• Pure Comfort Waxing is not liable for reactions or issues caused by failure to follow aftercare instructions, or by undisclosed health conditions.
6. General
• These terms may be updated from time to time; latest version is always available on the website.
